Christina is a Human
Resources
professional with a solid record of accomplishments emphasizing a broad
range of employee related matters to include employee relations,
strategic planning, web based systems planning, policy and procedure
creation and implementation, recruiting, training and development. She
has worked with companies to improve work relations and fill staffing
needs. In addition to counseling employees and managers, she has also
assisted outplaced individuals and helped to provide the necessary
training and skills they need to re-enter the workforce. A Quad City
native, Christina received her BA in Mass Comm from St. Ambrose
University.
