President, is
Managing
Director of the Executive Development and Career Transition Practice.
He has a diverse background in engineering, sales, marketing, law, and
human resources management. His extensive experience includes
downsizing, corporate reorganization, change management, team building
and performance enhancement, as well as a full range of traditional
human resource accountabilities. A seasoned executive, Dan has held
officer level human resource positions at leading industrial companies
with diverse product lines such as automotive, computer peripherals,
consumer products, office furniture, and specialty metals. Prior to
founding Triumph Consulting, he served as Vice President of Human
Resources for HON Industries, a rapidly growing $1 billion
international organization. Dan holds a BS degree in Mechanical
Engineering from the University of Detroit and a Juris Doctor degree
from the Detroit College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Michigan
and the Federal Court system. He currently serves on the Board of
Directors for the Boy Scouts of America, Muscatine Community Nursing
Foundation and Unity Health Systems.
