Debrah has over 30
years of
strategic human resource management experience overseeing the
operations and administration of the human resource function. She
served as Corporate Human Resource Director for three large multi-state
financial institutions leading various bank merger and acquisition
activities. Debrah was President and founder of her own Human Resource
Consulting practice. She possesses a well-rounded depth of knowledge
and experience managing all facets of the Human Resource function
including employment, compensation and benefits, training and
development, payroll and human resource information systems, employee
relations, affirmative action, OSHA safety compliance, regulatory
compliance, risk management and security programs. Debrah currently
serves on the Vera French Community Mental Health Center as Executive
Board Secretary and Center Board member; and Chair for Strategic
Planning. She is an active member of the Eastern Iowa Chapter of the
Society of Human Resource Management.
