Dick Farrell

Vice President, is Managing Director of the Compensation, Benefits and Audit Practice. Dick is a business professional with over 30 years of varied experience in sales, marketing, and human resources staff management. He has worked in executive HR capacities for organizations such as Squibb Beech-Nut, Federated Department Stores, GAF Corporation and NL Industries. Dick most recently served as the head of compensation and benefits for HON Industries. He has also operated his own consulting firm specializing in human resources management planning. He has extensive experience in executive compensation, employee wage & salary and benefits planning and cost control, management organization and development, succession planning and employee financial awareness, and retirement planning. Mr. Farrell is active in the National Speakers Association and presents financial awareness and retirement planning workshops for employers, trade associations and universities. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BS degree in Business Management.
