Harold Brannan, Ph.D.

Managing Director, Kansas City Office, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in industrial/organizational dynamics, training, management/employee development, and team effectiveness.   Mr. Brannan is skilled in the analysis of business results and the identification of key competencies that are required for achieving those results. He has guided multi-national organizations in evaluating business situations and provided new training/performance solutions/products to improve bottom-line results.  Harold's experience spans a variety of industries including management consulting firms and an association with a national executive search and outplacement firm.  His most recent affiliation with Corporate Solutions in Overland Park, Kansas, has given him the opportunity to provide consulting services in the areas of executive search, outplacement, executive coaching, leadership development, organizational development, change management, performance management, strategic planning, succession planning, and competency modeling.  A graduate of the University of Missouri – Kansas City, Harold holds a Ph.D. and a Ed.S. in Counselor Education, a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology, and a B.S. in Education.
