Harry Litchfield Senior Vice President, has over 38 years experience in Leadership and Organization Development.7 years with General Motors and over 25 years with Deere & Company. For the past 6 years he has refocused his time and activities towards independent consulting and executive coaching, and is a certified member of the Executive Coaching Resource Center. As Manager of Worldwide Learning at Deere, he had primary responsibilities for implementing enterprise-wide initiatives in Leadership Development, Performance Management and Learning Curricula for all levels within the Company. Concurrently with Deere, he was appointed by the Governor to the Illinois State Board of Education where he chaired Task Forces responsible for designing and implementing statewide academic standards, assessment and accountability. He has held membership on the boards of Boston University Executive Education, The Institute for Management Studies, Illowa Council of Boy Scouts, EnergyNet and The Business & Community Education Center at Black Hawk College. Moreover, he was on the faculty of the Management Development Institute at St. Ambrose University for over 10 years.
