Michael Avgenackis - Vice President

Vice
President, is an
experienced human resources professional with a focused background in
staffing, selection, and succession planning. He has held various
management positions at Deere & Company during his nearly 30 years
of engagement. Most recently, he was Manager, Succession Planning and
Executive Recruiting. Previously, he was Manager, Human Resources
Selection and Planning and Manager, Recruiting. In addition, he held
supervisory positions in John Deere's Employee Training and Development
department. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mass
Communications from Iowa State University and has an MBA degree from
St. Ambrose University. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource
Management (S.H.R.M.) and the Human Resource Planning Society
(H.R.P.S.). He is also a member of the Midwest Association of Colleges
and Employers (Midwest A.C.E.), having served as President of the
association during 1998 through 1999. Mike has served on a number of
Advisory Boards at Iowa State University, the University of Northern
Iowa, Bradley University and the State of Iowa Department of Economic
Development HR Consortium. In addition, he also served on the Board of
Directors for the Trinity Visiting Nurse and Homemakers Association and
Pathway Hospice
