staffing, recruiting, training and development, compensation and
benefits, and employee relations. She possesses a well-rounded
depth of knowledge and experience managing all facets of the Human
Resource function. Prior
to
working at Triumph Consulting, Stephanie worked at the Medical Staffing
Network in Davenport as a Staffing Coordinator / Human Resources
Assistant. While at the Medical Staffing Network she developed
and implemented numerous programs that tracked pertinent information
necessary for behavioral analysis. Stephanie is an advocate for the
Iowa Kids Net Association.
