Several Assessment Needs
It can be completed by the test taker in 50 minutes and is used in several
ways. It can be used to select the best person for the job, promoting the
right person, coaching existing employee for better performance,
succession planning, and developing job benchmarks. The benchmarks can be

individual fit the job?
